MS (Manganese Silicon) lithium rechargeable batteries, developed by SII, use silicon oxide as the anode and a lithium manganese composite oxide as the cathode. As a result, they offer long cycle life and highly stable overdischarge characteristics.

“MS920T” have improved both higher and lower temperature characteristics while eaving features of the conventional MS rechargeable batteries. They offers wider temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
FEATURES
Operation over a wide temperature range
High reliability : At least 90% of retention capacity after exposure to 85°C for 100 days.
Long cycle life : 100 cycles (D.O.D.100%)
APPLICATIONS
Backup power for Real Time Clock, or memory.E.g. Automotive equipment, cameras, electronic power meters, electronic devices where PCB temperature increases.
